Cpi Forecast May 2024
Previous monthly figures for 2024 have seen 0.3% to 0.4% increases for both monthly. Nowcasts suggest that april cpi may be 0.4% for headline inflation and 0.3% for core inflation, which strips out food and energy prices.
On a monthly basis, july inflation is forecast to rise 0.2% vs the 0.1% decline seen in june. Previous monthly figures for 2024 have seen 0.3% to 0.4% increases for both monthly.
